At Mama P’s Bakery, we bring the rich traditions of Italian baking right here to Stilwell, Kansas. Our homemade breads are crafted with the finest Type 00 Italian flour, ensuring every bite is light, flavorful, and authentically Italian.

By incorporating our signature sourdough starter into many of our recipes, we enhance not only the flavor but also support better gut health and easier digestion.

We take pride in offering our community a taste of Italy—one loaf at a time. Our baked goods are enjoyed by everyone, including those with gluten sensitivities, thanks to our discovery that Italian flour is often easier to digest than traditional American flours.

What began as our family’s search for better bread that everyone could enjoy has become a passion we love sharing—because everyone deserves to enjoy a delicious loaf & meal together.

Order Premium Home Baked Goods: Available to Pick Up on Monday, Wednesday & Friday after 3:00pm. Check back often for new product drops.

Place your order with the order here button. Preorders only which will be made available on the next production day.  Delivery is scheduled on Mondays and Wednesdays for a $4.00 fee added during checkout. Any order made over $55 includes free delivery.  All deliveries will be made within a 25-mile radius and are made on Mondays and Wednesdays. Pickup is in front of our house and is available after 3:00 pm and before 7:00 pm on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.  If it is placed on the weekend, it will be filled on Monday. What types of baked goods does Mama P's Bakery offer?

We offer a variety of baked goods, including focaccia, bread, pizza, and pasta, all freshly homemade in our kitchen in Stilwell, KS. We do have pets in our house, so any severe allergies should be taken into consideration.

Can I customize my order at Mama P's Bakery?

Yes, we offer customization options for our focaccia and sourdough sizes. Simply specify your preferences during the order process or message me and we can walk through the options.

Do you deliver outside of Stilwell, Kansas?

Currently, we offer pickup at our house in Stilwell, KS. Delivery can be scheduled for $7.00 within a 25 mile radius on Mondays. A bulk purchase order over $55 to the surrounding areas will be free.

What are the payment options available on your website?

We accept most major credit cards as well as Apple Pay. Venmo can be accepted in person as well as cash.

Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?

We use Polselli Italian Semola flour for our pasta and Polselli Classica Tipo 00 for our breads. Through our experience, we have not had any gluten-related GI issues and consider this flour to be gluten-light and just right. All our breads are made vegan-friendly except the cheesy pizzas and focaccias with inclusions.

How long is the shelf life?

Since there are no preservatives, the shelf life is short, and I recommend slicing the bread to your desired thickness and placing it in a plastic bag in the freezer. Take it out an hour before you're ready to eat. The options are to warm it in your toaster, oven, microwave, air-fryer, or skillet. The focaccia makes the best bread crumbs. Toast the pieces of bread, then blend them in a food processor and store in a container for future use. Enjoy!!
